Guwahati, 3rd Feb: Our school recently celebrated “Cleanliness Week” as part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The event aimed to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental awareness among students and the local community.
The week-long celebration included a series of activities such as cleanliness drives, rallies and competitions. Students actively participated in cleaning the school campus and surrounding areas. Various competitions, including essay writing, poster making and debates, were organized to spread the message of cleanliness. The highlight of the event was a rally, where students marched through the streets carrying placards and slogans promoting a cleaner India. The Principal, along with teachers and local dignitaries, appreciated the enthusiasm and dedication shown by the students.
The week concluded with a pledge to maintain cleanliness in and around our surroundings. The event was a significant step toward promoting a cleaner and healthier environment.
