Guwahati, June 26: On the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, our school organized a powerful street play to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse. The event took place in the school courtyard and attracted students, teachers, parents and local residents.
The program began with a speech by the Principal, who spoke about the importance of a drug-free society. The students then performed a thought-provoking street play showcasing the dangers of drug addiction and practical ways to overcome it. Their performance was emotional, impactful and well-received by the audience.
The event ended with a vote of thanks and a strong message: Say no to drugs and yes to life. The school aims to continue such awareness campaigns to promote a healthy and responsible lifestyle among the youth.
